新南向專班中英文簡介

本專班旨在培養台灣與印尼企業食品加工實務人才,其特色為由具有眾多東南亞學生的環球科技大學與印尼的台商企業合作,特別為印尼學生規劃食品加工實務國際學生產學合作專班,學生將會學習食品加工生產技術與廠務管理,可以有效提昇學生就業競爭力。

The goal of this class is to cultivate the students to be food specialists, including the fields in food chemistry, food processing, food analysis, food safety, quality control and food industrial management.  The developmental characteristics of the course are as follows:

 
  1. The school performance of the students is deeply recognized and affirmed.
  2. The course’s curriculum is designed with attention to the trends of industrial structure development and the demand for manpower for the market.
  3. The design of the course’s curriculum can enhance the competitiveness of the students in the future job market.
  4. The course will provide the counseling mechanism "individual care, full care."
  5. The course features excellence in its instructors, its facility, and its learning environment.
